No working
The fitness targets dont work. When I tap on the icons, the app just aborts and closes. Please fix this.
Doesnt work!
Same as other person, app closes every time you try to click on workout. Not just a bug when reason for purchase is not functioning. Fix or refund me!
Poorly working app
Ive not used the workouts as the app does not respond to screen taps most of the time. Have been unable to open the strength workouts at all. Once the help window is open it does not respond to close it out so am unable to return to workouts. Have to close app and restart. Dont bother. I am trying to run on iPad, latest version of IOS
Works Well
Once you click "custom" for each workout, you can change the settings to whatever you like. There are recommendations for each level and type of exercise and good information to back these up. The sounds arent particularly pleasant, but theyre loud and effective, so you dont miss a rest period! Good demo videos for strength training portion. During rest periods you see a preview of the upcoming exercise, so youre ready right away. Excellent design for the app. Thanks for putting all this effort in!
Motivates Me!
I love this App as its so simple and easy to use and is like having my own personal trainer. Use it for swimming and a stair master and just adapt the existing exercise programs on the app for my routines. I love the fact that can customize the warm up and how many reps and how long the reps are and how long recovery and cool down are. I only wish the app kept a log of my progress and daily workouts. Great value!
